Accommodation Rates 2012

We are open Tuesday night to Saturday night inclusive all year except January,when we are shut for the month. Our Terms are Per Person per night based on double occupancy. The Rate is inclusive of Afternoon tea on arrival with homemade cake and biscuits, delicious Three course dinner (full choice off menu), full English Breakfast and VAT.

There are three sets of prices the highest is for our largest rooms which can be made up as either a Super King Size Double or Twin Room with en suite bath and shower, the next is for our King Size Double Rooms with en suite bath and shower, and the next is for our King Size Double Rooms with en suite shower.

All our rooms have private bathrooms, flat screen television, homemade shortbread with tea and café tire coffee making facilities, hair dryer, radio and direct dial telephone. When making a reservation we ask your preference on bedding. All rooms are offered to be made up with either sheets and blankets or a duvet.

Children over the age of 5 are welcomed. If staying in parents room with
Z Bed we charge £25.00 per night inclusive of Breakfast.

Dogs are also very welcome by prior arrangement for which there is a small charge of £10.00 per stay for dog occupancy

A Deposit of £40.00 per person is requested. This is non refundable. Guests may be liable for the full amount of their reservation for days not re let when given less than 7 days notice. We accept Switch, Access, Visa and Mastercard.

Dinner: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7pm – 9pm
Lunch: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 12pm – 2.00pm

Little Barwick Gift Vouchers are always appreciated by family, friends or colleagues….dinner, lunch, a night away or a voucher for a given amount of money. We will print a personal voucher for you.

Exclusive Use
We are happy to offer the house on an exclusive use basis. With 6 lovely bedrooms (accommodating 12 guests) the house is an ideal base for a house party without any hard work! We can offer a tasting menu with wine to accompany your meals or a choice menu. This could be tailored to your occasion and take into account likes/dislikes and budget. Please contact Emma for more details. We do ask for a minimum requirement of 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) on a weekend.
